16 . Why are the goods in mixed color I received are not exactly same color as the picture on your website shows?

The pictures of these beads on our website are just a reference to tell you that they are in mixed colors. However, the colours we get from the factory may vary each time. Just contact us if you have special requirement on the color and we will try if we can get them for you to meet your requirement.
